If you lift weights on a regular basis, I assume it's because you want AT LEAST one of the following:-

- A RIPPED BODY from having less fat

- AWESOME strength

Or maybe you lift weights becuase you want ALL the above so you can have a stronger, leaner and more muscular phsyqiue that oozes confidence and makes you feel incredible naked.

But whatever your reason for hitting the iron, there's something you NEED to know....

The actual process of 'lifing' the weights MUST be taken seriously and performed properly.

Although you'd THINK it would be obvious...

....So many people in so many gyms around the world appear to have missed the memo.

Could poor lifting technique be affecting you?

If you: -

- Are afraid to increase the weight on the bar because you're worried about using bad technique....

- Feel out of place and embarrassed in the gym, because you don’t really know what you're doing...

- Are frustrated with a lack of results from lifting...

- Have aches, pains and constantly feel sore...

Then you will benefit from what I'm about to tell you.

...It’s NEVER a case of just getting under the bar and mindlessly moving it from point A to point B.

^^^ That is setting yourself up for CRUSHING FAILURE.

Your body needs to be correctly positioned and then moved around the bar in a way that makes it easier to lift BIG weights, but also keeps it safe so you never get injured or feel beat up.

Like so many people, you could EASILY be forgiven for thinking your technique is 'already perfect'.

Or maybe that ‘perfect form is overrated.’

But let me ask you the following -

- Is your body TOTALLY PAIN FREE whenever you lifts weights?

- Have you reached your FULL strength potential?

- Are you COMPLETELY satisified with your training and do you have the body you want yet?

If not, I guarantee your technique needs to be improved (even if you don't realise it).

Is This The #1 Problem With The Fitness Industry

A huge problem that plagues the fitness industry nowadays is the epidemic of 'Instacoaches' i.e. Super good looking fitness enthusiasts who have 1M+ followers on social media....but don't know the first thing about lifting properly.

Whils their intentions are often good, their advice can often be misleading, and at worst, downright dangerous.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with following these guys or girls and being inspired by their impressive phsyiques, but one thing is for sure: -

If you take up their offers to train with them, they are rarely capabe of providing instant and personalised feedback on your lifting technique.

In fact, with such a large following of people, they're unlikely to give you the care and personal attention you need in order to become a proficient lifter.

One solution to this problem is to simply film yourself and review your own technique.

But if you do this, do you really know what you're looking for?

Are you aware that there's a quick and simple way to put an IMMEDIATE END to 99% of low back pain in the deadlift....JUST by changing technique?

Did you that just the slightest change to your breathing can INSTANTLY make your squat stronger?

Once again, I want to reinforce the point that this isn't your fault.

They don't teach this stuff in schools...

(Although I really think they should)

...And there's a TON of conflicting information on the internet - how should you be expected to know the difference between the good from the poor

Despite the fact that great lifting technique is SUPER important, it's just not that common.

But fortunately, I have a solution.

And I guarantee that by the end of this article, you will know exactly what you need to lift wih amazing technique.

But firstly, a quick reminder -

Q. Why is lifting with great technique so important anyway?

A. Becuase it will RAPIDLY accelerate your gainz

Trust me, when you nail your technique, you’re hit with a sudden surge of strength that makes even your most challenging of weights feel effortless.

Imagine the feeling of being so much safer and more secure when you’re handling the iron and that huge boost in confidence you’ll have when you get under the bar.

By exploiting your new superhuman abilities, you’ll catapult your lifts to brand new levels, which will drive you closer to your dream physique AND your strength goal.

After coaching 100+ people to add hundreds of pounds to their lifts, all while staying completely injury-free, I’ve been able to narrow down 3 pieces of advice that you can take away and use right now.

Want to know these three unconventional, yet incredibly powerful methods that will immediately make you look stronger?

Check them out...

3 Tips To Improve Your Technique & Increase Strength

#1 Refine Your Set Up

Every good lift is built on a solid foundation, which means a great set-up.

By taking the time to make sure your body is exactly where it needs to be in relation to the bar, and then making sure you’ve applied tension to all the right muscle groups, you will provide a solid platform to safely and efficiently move more weight.

#2 Go slow

Lowering the weights slowly not only increases the safety of the lift, it also maximises your control of the weight.

Having more control of the weight means you don’t waste any energy, which therefore maximises the effort you can put into the lift.

Don’t make the mistake of rushing the sets and trying to get them done as quickly as possible – this is a rookie error made by people who don’t have the guts to take it slow.

#3 Concentrate

The only thing that should be on your mind during a lift is the task at hand.

Mental energy expended on any other thought will result in decreased strength. Greater concentration allows for better execution of proper form, which creates a safer and more effective training environment.

After regularly implementing the above tips into their training, my clients all experienced the same thing – improved confidence and strength.

Yep, simply use the above 3 tips, and you will quickly and easily make yourself stronger.

No complicated programmes, no supplements and no specialised equipment needed.

But this isn’t all there is.

Using these methods is one thing, but applying them correctly is another.

Did you know that there’s one thing (and one thing ONLY) that can accelerate your progress in strength and body composition?

Client Testimonials

"Through Will's Lifting Consultation, I was bought back down to earth with a bump - and using low weights, spent time learning good compound movement patterns and technique (...... and unlearning some of my bad habits....).

Gradually I accepted the value of focussing on one goal and leaving reps in the tank. I also came to accept the mantra that improved quality of reps at the same weight does equate to progression!

I'm really enjoying my new lease of love for lifting, and am extremely grateful to Will for showing me a new way."

“A lifting consultation with Will has turned out to be the best thing my partner and I have ever done (the results speak for themselves!)

We went to the gym for an initial session, and Will was an absolute star from day 1. He talked (and walked) us through techniques thoroughly, ensuring we had the knowledge and understanding to go away and begin lifting safely.

Anyone who knows Will or has been trained by him can back-up just how passionately he believes in what he does!”

"I come from Italy and for a long time I've been seeking a coach familiar with Starting Strength principles and technique.

I eventually reached Will who, knowing that I could stay in London only for a limited time, put together an intensive program to teach me the right way of performing the major lifts: Low bar squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press and power clean.

So I flew to London and quickly figured out that Will really knew his job :-) In only an hour he made me understand what I was doing wrong with my exercises and from the next session I was able to improve my squat and feel the stretch reflex...Thank you Will :-)

He made corrections on my other lifts as well, improving my confidence.

He is very professional, he really loves helping his students. I highly recommend Will to anybody who is interested in any kind of strength training.

After coming back to Italy I was able to keep progressing nicely with all my lift... and I still do!"
